Pretreatment of plastic parts

For the cleaning and pretreatment of plastic parts, powerwash systems have established themselves. In this process, the workpieces are subjected to pressure and temperature with an alkali cleaning solution through injection nozzles. Thereafter, the parts are rinsed in several zones and then dried in a water dryer.

Apart from spray pretreatment, we also use the following processes:

• Fluorine treatment
